Little Free Book Boxes

Little Free Book Boxes, what and where are they?!

LCPL (and very handy volunteer, Will Smith) built them, the kids painted them, and now all you have to do is use them. The idea behind this project is to put books where the people are, more specifically, where the kids are and they're in their neighborhoods! Who knew? This is an effort to support literacy, access, and community in Lake County.

Here is a digital map of all known free book boxes or download the paper map and go for an old fashion hunt!

Here are the rules: Take a book, leave book, or swap one out at any of these locations!
