Kids Programs and Events

Drop off gently used costumes & accessories (for all ages) through October 9th.
October 10th-11th: Pick up a new costume during library hours. You do not need to donate a costume to take home a costume! Costumes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. All sizes are welcome between infant and adult.

Storytime from 10:30-11am - Fun read-alouds and activities for ages 0-5 and their caregivers to build literacy: read-sing-talk-write-play!
Stay & Play from 11-11:30am - Make new friends and enjoy open-ended playtime while developing fine and gross motor skills and supporting social emotional learning
*No storytime on 10/16*
4-5pm on 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month

Play with LEGOs and practice programming skills! Using the Library's LEGO robotics kits along with the LEGO Mindstorms app, youth can build and program robots of their own creation. Robotics kits will be available every Friday on a first-come, first-served basis. Robots constructed during the program can be saved for next time, but there will be no reserving that robot if youth choose not to return the following week, or are late.
Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, join us at the Library to play Minecraft with friends!
Ages 5-12.
