Template used for cards in the obituary index

This resource currently is accessible in the library only. The information in this index is taken from Leadville and Lake County resources, such as local newspapers and funeral record books. The index is organized alphabetically by last name, and includes as much information from the obituary as possible, such as the person's age at death, date of birth, date of death, and citation of where the information came from. This information is used to find the obituary in the newspapers online or on microfilm, or the funeral record books on microfiche at the Lake County Clerk and Recorder's Office.
